I have worked with Lee and his fantastic team on renovating our 60s house over a number of years. This has included 4 different phases, with new windows, doors, cladding, guttering and glass balconies. No job is too small for the team, and they always provide a very high level of service. The team are always very respectful of the the home, and every single one of them shows great empathy and service.... which I find rare in some trades! They would always leave the house tidy, even cleaning up others mess :)! I would Highly recommend them.

The company worked well and efficiently to a high standard few unavoidable delays due to Covid ,but all who worked on my property were kind thoughtful people who worked to a good standard and did an excellent job they were a happy chatty workforce and it was a pleasure to have had them do the build and windows very pleased with all aspects of the work done the conservatory is definitely a great asset to my home thank you Sussex County Windows

Sussex County Windows were a pleasure to deal with from the initial quote and survey through to the actual install. Simon was polite, cheerful and very tidy, a pleasure to have about the house for the three days of installation. Very pleased with the service! The supplied bifold doors are excellent quality and the price was good. Great communication throughout and a number of extra site visits were made on our request to run through things. The installation was done exactly on two days as planned and the install team, led by Sam stayed late ensuring everything was done perfectly. They also took great care in cleaning up afterwards. Very happy with the works carried out. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The showroom staff made it easy to design our dream door and the fitters who came to install were friendly and respectful. The works were completed to a very high standard.

Great customer services, very responsive from the moment I first emailed, to the gentleman who came round to measure up to their office support and finally the fitters who were lovely and did a great job. Quick, efficient and friendly. We were explained what was going to be done before it started and explained how the new locks on the door work at the end. Exactly what we wanted.
